Terms of Service

By installing or using Volpora (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Volpora.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass paid features
• Upload copyrighted content you do not have rights to
• Use the AI tutor for illegal, harmful, or harassing content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service

Paid plans (Pro, Pro Max) renew automatically through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your platform settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.

Translations, tutor responses, daily stories, and quizzes are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Treat them as a learning aid, not authoritative reference.

Books and notes you import remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (translation, tutoring, vocabulary capture). We never publish your content.

You may delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Volpora is a learning aid; we do not guarantee fluency or any specific language outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
